- May, 2003 || Serviced as financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in a RMB 550 million acquisition initiated by China Huaneng Group.
- June, 2003 || Upon approval of China Securities Regullatory Commission, Great Wall Securities founded Invesco Great Wall Fund Management Co., Ltd.
- December, 2003 || Serviced as leading underwriter for China Huaneng Group's enterprise bonds of RMB 4 million.
